The details of the case, according to Okaz, are due to the fact that the health ministry has filed a lawsuit against a journalist accusing him of defaming and insulting her and the services he provides to the company and try to reduce its efforts.

The prosecution sent the journalist to justice, demanding that he be sentenced in accordance with the law on combating information-related crime, and the journalist defended that what he published did not include no one, but aimed to draw the attention of officials to the shortcomings of prevention services in the public interest.

A judgment was handed down by the criminal court to fine the journalist, confiscate his cell phone and close his Twitter account. However, the court reversed its decision after deliberation and decided that the journalist should not be convicted for what had been attributed to him.
