Sources said police in Al-Ardha Governorate arrested a young man who appeared in a traffic video clip, intentionally burning a car late at night the day before yesterday.
And surveillance cameras from a house near the crash site documented the infiltration of a masked person in the middle of the night, who set one of the cars on fire.
The video clip revealed that the assailant deliberately burned the car after pouring a substance that helped ignite it, and fled after setting it on fire.
