The legal review service for appointments allows the user to view their appointments linked to their national identity or residence number, with the possibility of viewing the details of the appointment, while the display service civil status and the passport appointment display service allow the user to consult his reserved appointments and review their contact details.
Among the functionalities is the service for viewing public violations from the user’s dashboard, as this service allows them to view their violations recorded on the national or residence identification number, whether the violation is due to violations of the Ministry of the Interior, the Directorate of Public Security, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs or the General Social Insurance Organization, and a statement of its status if it was unpaid and post it in a list according to the payment status, with the possibility of reviewing the details of each violation such as its number, date and time of registration, the city in which it occurred, specifying the issuing authority and the total value of the violation.
And to prove the health status of the citizen and the resident, the app added the health status card service, which allows the guardian to print the health status code of dependents and share with another user when going to meeting places or the like.
The app has completed the process of electronic liaison with many government agencies, especially the Ministry of (Interior, Health, Justice, Education, Municipal and Rural Affairs, Human Resources and Social Development, Hajj and Umrah), as it has proven its efficiency and reliability as a secure technical solution to facilitate the access of citizens and residents to services.
