Sheikh Ali bin Sulaiman Al-Sa’awi graduated from the Sharia College of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and obtained a master’s degree from the Higher Judicial Institute.
He worked as a member of the Supreme Administrative Court at the rank of head of the Court of Appeal, and a member of the Administrative Court of the League of Arab States, and worked as president of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Riyadh .
He has also worked as a member of the Judicial Inspection Department of the Administrative Judicial Council, head of a number of administrative appeal services and judge in the administrative courts of the Grievances Commission.
