The Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Sheikh Waleed Al-Sama & Ani, said that the Royal Order and its promotion and appointment included an extension of the ongoing support of the guardian of the two holy mosques and its interest and its relentlessness for the judicial system.
For his part, the chairman of the Claims Review Committee, Sheikh Khalid Al-Yousef, stated that the Royal Order provided for the promotion of 5 judges of the rank of (judge of appeal) to the rank (President of the Court of Appeal) and 4 judges of the rank of (President of the Court / A). ), As well as the promotion of 7 judges of the rank of (judge / a) to the rank of (president of the court / b) and the promotion of 8 judges of the rank of (judge / b) to the rank of (judge / a).
He stated that the royal decree included the appointment of judicial assistants to the rank of judge (b) and the promotion of six judges from the rank of (lieutenant) to the rank of judge (c).
