The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the security authorities, succeeded in catching an offender demanding treatment by “cauterization”.
She said the offender had practiced accusing patients of recovering in exchange for money from them, noting that he was practicing his business in one of Riyadh’s furnished apartments.
The ministry confirmed that he had been referred to the prosecution, calling on everyone to report such violations.
