The Jizan forensic authority has issued a decision forcing the doctor accused of causing the death of the little girl “Rana” in Al-Ardah governorate, to pay 150,000 riyals to her family.
The verdict was handed down by the Jizan forensic authority according to the “precedent”, after confirmation of the accusation brought by the child’s family against the doctor who works in a private medical center.
The General Directorate of Health Affairs of Jazan had published A decision about two years ago to prevent the doctor from traveling until the case is over, In which she was accused of worsening the child’s condition and her fall into a coma which ended in her death.
