The Council of Ministers decided at its session held today Tuesday, under the chairmanship of the guardian of the two holy mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, by video communication, to cancel the General Railway Company, as of April 1, 2021 AD.
The ruling guarantees that the Saudi Railway Company “SAR” will replace it in all contracts, contractual obligations, agreements or decisions relating thereto.
The Council also approved the creation of a bank for small and medium enterprises.
