Next week, the private and international school sector will witness the implementation of the decision to locate educational jobs, which aims to provide 28,000 educational jobs to male and female citizens over the next three years.

The decision of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, rendered in this regard, stipulates that emiratization will be applied in private and international schools from the beginning of September 2021, according to a certain number of specializations and in several stages to be applied in precise proportions over three years.

The ministry also indicated the percentage of Emiratization in the targeted jobs, at 90% for private education occupations (girls), 60% for private education occupations (boys) and 80% for teaching occupations. international private education (girls and boys).

The move aims to increase emiratization rates in private schools in all disciplines, including mathematics, physics, biology, science and computer science, as well as increase emiratization rates in disciplines.
