He advised a lot of movement, stretching exercises, breaks to stay active and alert, in addition to eating healthy and balanced meals to provide energy to the body.
He pointed out that poor sitting posture consumes body energy and stress, so healthy posture should be observed, whether the job requires standing or sitting.
He added that anxiety and stress at work lead to high blood pressure, heart rate and muscle spasms, which overloads the body, so work tasks need to be organized, time and work are positive.
