Police in the Mecca area have arrested a number of people who appeared in a circulating video clip harassing passers-by in Taif Governorate.
The area police media spokesman said 29 people, all citizens in their second and third decades of life, were arrested after harassing passers-by by throwing plastic bottles at them.
He confirmed that they had been arrested and that the first legal measures had been taken and referred to the prosecution.
