Toyota unveiled its very first van, the JR Sport, in Brazil in 2018. The Japanese company is now preparing to unveil the Black Rally Rally at the Tokyo Motor Show.
CarScape said that Toyota, while discreetly revealing details, explained that the new pickup was equipped with a wide range of TRD sports equipment.
TRD is an internal store dedicated to all Toyota and Lexus vehicles. It is responsible for improving the performance of vehicles on ordinary roads and assisting Toyota vehicles in the race.
The images show the car with a protective panel for the vehicle's undercarriage components, a rear sports bumper and a dual chrome exhaust system.
The Hilux Black Rally also has red edges for fog lights, a black plastic case for the front flap and five-spoke aluminum frames inlaid with black.
In addition to the Black Rally Edition Edition, Toyota has also unveiled several images of other trucks equipped with parts of its TRD workshop. It is not clear if these trucks will appear at the fair.
The image also revealed a "more daring" version of Hailix, replacing its traditional chrome grille with another TRD tag, which incorporates most of the Black Rally specifications as well as special frames.
