2- Cooperate through dialogues and consultations through the diplomatic channel to resolve issues arising in the implementation of this Agreement.

3 – Organize the recruitment and recruitment of domestic workers from the Republic of Uganda and sent to work in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

4- Work towards the establishment of a unified contract for domestic workers, the texts of which will be accepted by the competent authorities of the two countries and will bind the contracting parties (employer, domestic worker, Saudi recruitment office, recruitment agency of the Republic of Uganda).

5 – The employment of domestic workers through authorized offices, companies or recruitment agencies in both countries.

6 – work to regulate and control recruitment costs in both countries.

7. Ensure that employers and recruiting agencies in both countries do not charge or withhold payroll for recruitment or employment costs and do not impose any irregular retention.

8. Ensure that the parties to the contract can use the competent authorities in the event of a contractual dispute in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

9. Take legal action against recruiting offices, recruitment agencies or recruitment agencies in case of violation of laws, rules and regulations.

10. Resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation of any provision of this Agreement.

The agreement stipulates that the Saudi Labor Ministry undertakes to protect the interests and rights of Ugandan domestic workers, to find a 24-hour employment assistance mechanism, to facilitate the settlement of the breach of contract to the competent authorities, to facilitate exit visas for work.

In addition, the Ministry of Labor is committed to promoting work, gender equality and social development in Uganda by providing skilled and medically skilled workers, not to employ candidates. having a criminal record, to educate workers about the customs and traditions of the Kingdom and to guide them in compliance with regulations and codes of conduct. , Reuse in case of breach of the terms of the contract.
