Commander of the North West Region, Major General Zafer Bin Ali Al-Shehri, offered a gift to a child of the "Sounds School" of Tabuk, at the inauguration of the National Patriotic Poem during the investiture of Major General Zafer.
A widely distributed video showed a child named Tariq bin Farhan al-Anzi delivering a powerful national poem, in a puzzle, with a throbbing and enthusiastic force, in front of Major-General al-Shihri and his companions, as well a gathering of participants.
The clip shows Major General Al-Dhafri who accepts the child and wears the watch, in recognition of his enthusiasm when introducing the poem and a breathtaking performance that upset the audience.
