Mohammed Salah, one of the recipients of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Innovation in Sport, was honored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Vice-President President and Sovereign of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid in Dubai.
The Dubai Media Office has released footage of the times when Sheikh Mohammed and his crown prince, the Egyptian star of Zabeel Palace in Dubai, received him as one of the winners.
Salah's honor comes one day after winning the African Player of the Year award for the second time in a row, beating Senegalese Sadio Mani and Pierre Emeric Obamyang of Gabon.
The Egyptian star made many individual achievements last season and led his team, Liverpool, to the final of the Champions League.
