On Wednesday, a government committee blurred the Prophet's footprints (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

Yanbu Al-Nakhl Mayor Abdullah bin Suroor said a video clip broadcast on social media showed a footprint in a mountain in central Jabriya, visited by some Asian communities.

He added that an urgent committee had been formed by the head of the Jabriya and Municipal Center and the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue to identify the site.
