News Afghan President meets Sheikh Saad al-Shathri in his residence in Jeddah

The President of the Republic of Afghanistan, Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, received yesterday (Sunday) at his home in Jeddah, on the sidelines of his visit to the Kingdom, a member of the veteran Sheikh scientist, Dr. Saad bin Nasser Al -Shathri.

The Minister of Trade and Investment, Majed al-Qasabi, discussed cooperation between the two countries with regard to joint Islamic action in the field of counter-terrorism and terrorist groups. and extremist parties, as well as the leading role played by the Kingdom for the unity and stability of the Islamic world.

Afghan National Security Adviser Hamdallah Moheb, Minister of Finance and Senior Advisor to the Presidency, Mohammad Humayun Qayumi, Chief of National Security Masum Stankzi, Minister of State for Peace Abdul Salam Rahimi, and Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the Kingdom, Syed Jalal Karim.
