He explained that he had filed a claim with the Jeddah Claims Review Committee and submitted documents showing that his lands were subject to Article 3 of the expropriation system, which stipulated that the areas deducted from farmland regardless of their area were compensated, pointing out that its lands were not white but built And counters, which have already been cut by the Ministry of Transport and compensated.
He pointed out that the municipality had not yet implemented the decision and transferred the processing to the municipality of Jeddah, stressing that its treatment was still transmitted between the municipality of Al-Mudhailif and the secretariat of Jeddah and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, and the last action referred by the Provincial Territorial Department to the Provincial Municipalities Branch.
