A fine of 20,000 riyals is imposed for failing to provide a reserved washroom and a place where they can perform prayers, and a fine for the employer's involvement in discriminating between candidates.

A fine of 15,000 riyals is also applied for the establishment of an inquiry committee, 10,000 riyals for the employer's failure to create a monthly wage protection file and 10,000 riyals for the employment of women after childbirth.

A fine of 10,000 riyals for failure by the licensee to perform specified recruitment and costs, and 5,000 riyals for a failure of the factory employing 50 or more persons to qualify and train at least 12 % of Saudi workers. Modest dress, 2,000 riyals for non-punishment of the offending worker and 1,000 riyals for the employment of the worker without written and documented employment contract.
