The campaign comes after the end of the six-month period granted by the two ministries to commercial establishments to correct store plates in accordance with the regulations in force and to apply penal sanctions to offenders in accordance with the list of fines and municipal sanctions and system of trade names providing a fine of 50,000 riyals for offenders. The penalty can be doubled in case of repeated violation.
