The Shura Council called on the Real Estate Development Fund to work on the creation of programs to facilitate the sharing of safety programs of families of the security system in coordination with the competent authorities, and to specify the mechanism of joint work with the Ministry of Housing and the National Development Fund.
The Council also invited the Fund, in coordination with the indirect lending institutions, to unify its conditions to ensure the equitable benefit of all segments of the citizens targeted by this system.
The Council calls for consideration of the inclusion of the subsidized funding scheme for borrowers of all categories in a manner that ensures social justice and respect for the Fund's commitment to its status, and to study the implications of this program for the financial viability of the Fund.
