The program review takes place in 7 steps covering the most important construction work, starting with the audit of the required documents such as the plans and the soil test report, through the foundation stage and from the structure, electrical and mechanical works and until the final delivery of the unit, then issued a certificate of quality of the building for each housing.

The certificate of quality of the building is a means for the developer to increase its credibility and transparency and to reflect the quality of its housing. It is one of the solutions to preserve the rights of citizens and beneficiaries in the real estate sector.
