Stay away from devices: Leave your computer, TV and mobile phone outside your bedroom.
Create a habit: Following a routine before sleeping helps you sleep quickly.
Organize your sleep: A regular sleep schedule helps you sleep better.
Early dinner Avoid eating just before going to bed.
Physical activity: Make sure to exercise daily.
Consult your doctor: The ministry urged people with chronic insomnia or sleep disorders to see a doctor immediately.
