The Ministry stipulated that there should be at least one pharmacy operating 24 hours a day from 20 pharmacies owned by the same owner, taking into account the equitable geographical distribution of pharmacies, as stipulated in the Regulations for the Establishment and Pharmaceutical Preparations. modified, recently approved by the Minister of Health, Tawfiq Alrabiah.
The regulation also stipulated that there should be at least one pharmacy selling narcotics for 20 pharmacies owned by the same owner and authorized the opening of pharmacies with an independent license within the medical complexes.
All pharmacists were required to comply with the Health Professions Act and Regulations, provided that the percentage of Saudi pharmacists working in pharmaceutical establishments owned by the same owner is subject to Ministry of Labor standards. as regards professions and governorates.
The regulation restricted the function of pharmaceutical specialist to Saudi pharmacists, with the exception of pharmacists who worked prior to delivery, provided that the locating mechanism of jobs in advertising and the definition of pharmaceutical and herbal preparations.
