The Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) today signed a cooperation agreement with Cornfield University for the implementation and design of a training program for the Hadaf Academy in order to develop the skills of future private sector leaders.
The Fund's Managing Director, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Sudairy, said he was looking to help companies gain leadership skills and choose the most appropriate positions.
It should be noted that the program lasts 12 weeks and consists of five stages, starting with the application process, registration, evaluation and selection of candidates, followed by five-day direct training and project distribution. learning application. To be enrolled in the HADAF Leadership Academy, the candidate must be a Saudi national, run a private sector institution, possess a bachelor's degree, 5 years of professional experience, at least two years of experience as a supervisor and manage and master English.
