The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the unprecedented sabotage of international oil supply facilities after the terrorist attack against teachers of Aramco in Abqaiq and Khurais, in the Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Kingdom would invite international experts and the United Nations to discover the facts and to participate in the investigations.
She stressed that the Kingdom would take all appropriate measures in the light of the results of the investigations and stressed that her country was able to defend its territory and its people and to react firmly to these attacks.
The State Department said the attack had resulted in the suspension of about 50% of Aramco's production, according to the statement from the Ministry of Energy, noting that some Preliminary investigations had revealed that the weapons used in the attacks were Iranian and were working to determine the source of the attacks.
She pointed out that this attack was an extension of previous acts of aggression against the Saudi Aramco pumping stations using Iranian weapons.
He called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities by condemning those behind it and to clearly address these barbaric acts that affect the backbone of the global economy.
