Sources said that the number of properties registered without sukuk in the Kingdom since the beginning of the current year had reached over 17,200 properties, 55% of which were agricultural and residential land.
The sources said 1850 of these sukuk were registered in the eastern province on 3050 properties, according to the "Economic" newspaper according to which the Mecca region would be in second place with 2967 properties, then Asir with the properties from 1979.
He noted that 694 properties were inscribed in the writings of justice at Al-Jawf, 668 at Medina and 542 at Hail, followed by Tabuk with 436 properties, Al-Bahah with 417 properties and Najran with 321 properties without an instrument.
