The Jeddah Administrative Court ordered a military authority to pay a military indemnity in retirement for a period of study 30 years ago.
According to "Okaz", a retired soldier allegedly filed a lawsuit claiming payment of his compensation for a period of 1410 th scholarship at a military training institute in Jeddah, by the authority he had named in Taif.
The applicant was entitled to the scholarship allowance during this period, in accordance with the Staff Regulations and its implementing regulations, which provided for the award of training fellowships to their functions in the kingdom outside the region in which they worked.
