The Ministry of Justice has defined seven conditions for registering the skills of men and women in the process of reconciliation and mediation;
The Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Mr. Walid al-Samaani, adopted in July the new rules of work in the reconciliation offices, which constitute the balance sheet of the reconciliation after its adoption by the Center for reconciliation, one of the executive links stipulated in the implementation system.
The registration conditions stipulated that the registered reformer had to be fully qualified, that he had good conduct and that he should have at least a university degree, in addition to taking the training courses determined by the reconciliation center, pass the test and the personal interview and follow a hands-on training.
The purpose of this initiative is to allow for the amicable resolution of disputes in a manner that ensures the fairness of the parties to the courts, with executive results guaranteeing the rights of reformers, who will play an important role in the maintenance of economic relations and social ties, in addition to speeding up the settlement of disputes.
The new reconciliation rules will come into force 120 days after their adoption.
