He insisted that the mercy of the believers continued until now, stressing that mercy encompassed all creation. It is his grace to lay the foundation of social relations of mercy;

Khatib urged Arafa to be the basis and compassion in all human relationships, because of the beautiful effects and benign consequences of love, tolerance, familiarity, cooperation and compassion, as well as commonalities of our modern life, whether it is the promulgation of regulations or the use of means of transport. , Or the optimal use of technology or media.
