The president of the General Authority of Tourism and National Heritage, chairman of the committee of the season of Taif, Ahmed Al Khatib, said that he hoped that the Kingdom would become one of the five largest tourist countries of the world.
After the Okaz market season during the Taif season, he stated that the Kingdom came heavily in the tourism sector, citing what the crown prince had said on more than one occasion.
He added: "The Kingdom aims to reach 100 million tourists and is able to do it."
He pointed out that tourism is a major economic tributary and one of the areas enjoying the support of leadership. It demands that businessmen seek to invest in it, pointing out that the seasons in Saudi Arabia will experience a qualitative leap according to the plans.
