Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah on Wednesday received the first trips of the Al-Haramain train to transport pilgrims to the Prophet's mosque after completing the pilgrimage to Mecca.
More than 1,200 pilgrims and pilgrims of different nationalities arrived on board.
The different sectors started to implement their plan for the period after the Hajj and to provide all the services to support the pilgrims and to follow up and facilitate their access to their home in Medina.
They are also working on the implementation of the plan to leave pilgrims via the Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina, which attends flights 24 hours a day in various countries of the world, up to the 20th. next October, in Muharram.
More than 900,000 pilgrims abroad arrived in Medina before the beginning of the pilgrimage rites, while the other pilgrims arrived in Mecca first via Jeddah airport and then sent to Medina after the rituals of Hajj.
