On Monday, the Attorney General issued a warning against the violation of the sanctity of children and women in educational institutions and would undermine the sanctity of privacy, underlining that it was a crime of criminal responsibility.

According to Article VI of the computer crime regime, the perpetrator of such crimes, considered a major offense, is liable to imprisonment of up to 5 years. years and a fine of up to 3 million riyals.

This violation involves the production, preparation, transmission or storage of any violation of the sanctity of women and children in educational institutions via the computer network or computer.
