News "Residential" announces the delivery of "ready made villas" to its beneficiaries in 24 housing projects in 10 regions

The housing program of the Ministry of Housing announced the delivery of "ready villas" to its beneficiaries in the framework of 24 housing projects in 10 regions of the Kingdom last August.

The program explained that the transfer process is ongoing and is carried out once the beneficiaries have completed the booking and signing the final contract.

He pointed out that during the past month, residential villas had been delivered as part of four projects in the Riyadh region, namely: Ramah Housing, Dawadmi, Al-Einayah and Majmaah, as well as 3 projects. in the eastern province of Al-Khobar and (Al-Ahsa 1 and Al-Ahsa 2), as well as 3 other projects in the northern region Rafha Housing, Arar Housing and Tarif Housing.

The delivery also included 5 projects in the Qassim area (Riyadh Al Khabra Housing, Nabhaniyah Housing, Unayzah Housing, Buraydah Housing and Al Badaea Housing). In the Jazan region, Baish Housing, Samtah Al Qafl Housing and Sabya Housing, in addition to the further delivery to Al Khurma Project The Mecca region and two projects in Al-Jouf include housing Sakaka 1, housing Qurayyat , Hail housing at Hail, Al-Makhwah housing in Al-Baha sector and Tabuk housing in Tabuk area.

The ministry announced 40 projects that would provide about 14,000 "Villa" type residential units of up to 500 square meters per villa. These projects would be characterized by the integration of infrastructure as well as green spaces and services.
