Heavy winds of dust in some governorates of Makkah province resulted in the fall of 29 electricity distribution columns in Al-Laith province.
The operations room of the National Security Operations Center (911) has received several reports of power outages in places belonging to Al-Laith governorate, including (Al-Wasqa, Al-Laith). Shawwaq, Al-Haratim, Al-Ruwais, Al-Hassaniah, Sallam Al-Zawahir and Shaqah parts of North and South).
The National Security Operations Center said the reports had been forwarded to the electricity company and that work was underway to restore the normal operation of electricity.
