The amendments provide that the "social insurance" of the incarcerated participant's family must pay the pension temporarily before the age of 60, when the period of eligibility for that pension is available, provided that He has been sentenced or sentenced to imprisonment for at least three months, or to remain in prison. The subscriber must be in jail for this period and the employer must inform the institution of the termination of his service.
