Rockland County in New York has declared the state of emergency to deal with measles outbreaks. The county located on the Hudson River, north of New York, has decided to prevent vaccinated children from getting vaccinated from going to public places after 153 cases of the disease have been confirmed. Those who violate the decision will be fined $ 500 and imprisoned for up to six months. The announcement followed the outbreak in the states of Washington, California, Texas, and Illinois.
