Neymar wants to return to Barcelona instead of going to Real Madrid or Juventus

Barcelona has begun negotiations with Paris St Germain to recover the Brazilian player Neymar for 170 million euros.

A Catalan delegation met on Tuesday in Paris with French club officials in Paris to discuss details of a possible agreement according to which Neymar could return to La Liga.

Club officials said the talks were "positive," but much work remains to be done, according to BBC Radio 5 Live.

Neymar did not insist on Paris Saint-Germain, but preferred to return to Camp Nou rather than move to Real Madrid or Juventus.

After the meeting, Barcelona board member Javier Bordas told reporters that the agreement was "close" but negotiations were continuing.
