Officially … the announcement of the draw of the Egyptian league
The Competitions Committee of the Egyptian Football Federation has drawn lots for the Egyptian Premier League next season (2019-2022).
The draw resulted in reigning champions Al-Ahly defeating Smouha in the first round of the competition, which starts on September 21st and ends at the end of May.
Zamalek will meet Al Ittihad of Alexandria in the first round and the pyramids will meet Enppi, Ismaili with El Gouna and the Egyptian port Saïdy with the border guards.
