Olivier Rostan posted photos on Instagram
Famous French fashion designer Olivier Roustan has revealed the injuries he sustained last year when a fireplace exploded in his home and posted photos of him with bandages covering his body.
And the designer of the Balmain fashion house posted the photos on Saturday to his Instagram account, and wrote: “A year ago, the heating blew up in my house.”
He woke up the next day at Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris, and is now recovering from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
He said his constant state of anxiety and his “obsession with fashion and mastery” had forced him to refrain from announcing what he had been exposed to so far.
“Honestly, I don’t know why I was ashamed,” he wrote. During the dialogue with the media, he covered the injuries, from which he was starting to recover, with bandages and jewelry.
“After a year, I am now healthy, happy and healthy,” he added.
He thanked the medical staff, who treated him despite “having taken care of a large number of people infected with the Corona virus at the same time”, and expressed his feeling that he was lucky.
“The sun always shines after a thunderstorm,” he said.
Rostan took over as head of the creative department at Balmain in 2011, when he was just 25 years old. Under his leadership, Aldar achieved a growth rate of 15-20% from 2012 to 2015.
And he opened stores for her in London and New York, the first stores the fashion house opened outside of Paris.
In 2019, the Netflix service released a documentary tape titled “The Wonder Boy,” which chronicles Rostan’s career in the fashion world, and followed him in his search for his birth mother.
