Professor Ashraf Al-Hashak, professor of ophthalmology at the Faculty of Medicine of Banha University and chairman of the conference, said that this year's conference focused on new developments in the field of surgery of ophthalmic diseases, such as retinal detachment, treatment of the center of vision in severe cases of myopia, About diabetes.

He added that the conference would deal with the new treatment for optic nerve weakness, early detection of multiple sclerosis, which leads to atrophy of the optic nerve, and ways to treat cases of diseases resulting from lesions in the optic nerve. head and eyes and stabilize the muscles of the eye without surgical wire.

He explained that the conference was addressing a special symposium on everything new in the diagnosis of retinal diseases, optic nerve glaucoma and glaucoma and corneal diseases, as well as a symposium on what's new in advanced corneal surgery and alternative to traditional surgery to change the cornea of ​​the eye.

Dr. Ashraf Al-Habbak said he would attend lectures by leading eye care professors on eye surgery, eyelid beautification and the elimination of eye tumors.
