Oppo has launched its first teaser for the new generation of Reno phones. The teaser was featured in a short video that ended with the emergence of the next-generation brand, Reno2.
The first teaser of the Oppo Reno2 was published on the official page of the company on Weibo.It has already been revealed that the Reno2 is launched with a Snapdragon 730 processor chip with a zoom technology up to At 20x. The camera also comes with a night mode for increased efficiency and stability.
The optical zoom of Reno2 should be multiplied by 5, while the phone supports digital zoom up to 20 times. Therefore, the new version does not include the periscope model.
Oppo also offers a contextual design for the front-end camera of the new Reno2 generation, identical to that introduced in the first Reno release. The contextual design includes a sensor with a precision of 16 megapixels, while the phone has quadruple settings for the rear camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor and a telephoto sensor. A 13MP sensor, a third 8MP sensor and wide viewing angles, while the latter comes with a 2MP camera to support the depth of the shot.
The Oppo unveils the Reno2 series at a conference on August 28th. We are therefore waiting for the official announcement to learn more about the features of the new generation of Reno phones.
