Al-Najjar added that "the family evacuated Israa from the Hospital of the Arab Society without receiving proper treatment and was taken to the emergency hospital Beit Jala at 12:30", emphasizing that it was not normal at the time.
He explained that "the emergency department treated the case of Israa, who was showing signs of abuse.After the scan, he found a fracture to the spine, an injury to him. right eye and bruises to the body ".
Al-Najjar pointed out that the Beit Jala hospital provided emergency services to Israel and communicated with the Palestine Medical Complex, Rafidah and Alia Hospitals, stating that his x-rays were accompanied by medical reports showing the health of the girl.
"Esra needed a surgical procedure and his psychological situation did not help the doctors to complete his treatment, which led them to call on a psychologist from the Beit Jala Mental Hospital. for a medical examination. "
The Palestinian official said: "According to the psychologist, Israa was in a very bad psychological state and needed special care, and decided to give her sedative drugs," pointing out that her family took out Israa from there. hospital under his own responsibility.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health said the family had claimed in the initial medical report that Israel had fallen from the balcony of the third floor of her house, which had resulted in fractures to the spine.
Al-Najjar said that Israel had gone out of hospital on the 13th of last month under family responsibility.
