The French company Peugeot has announced the launch of the most powerful batch model in its history.
It is the hybrid crossover Peugeot 3008 GT Hybrid4 that the company considers as a symbol of the transition to new types of energy. The car is also one of the cleanest cars in the world, where the exhaust has declined, according to "Russia today".
The crossover produces 300 horsepower thanks to a 200 horsepower PureTech petrol engine and two electric motors, one of which is mounted at the front of the vehicle and is associated with a group of eight-speed 110 horsepower and the second to the rear of 112 horses.
The car accelerates to 100 km / h in 6.5 seconds. With a battery of 13.2 kWh, it can travel 59 kilometers without running the gasoline engine.
The range of springs and shock absorbers provides multiple driver and passenger comfort as it is never affected by the positioning of an additional electric motor under the rear seats.
The vehicle is equipped with an ADAS speed control system, which also prevents the vehicle from leaving the lane.
The car can currently be bought in France. Its launch in the rest of Europe will take place in October.
