Participants also reviewed the ministry's self-assessment program, which is a qualitative leap in promoting the principle of self-censorship.
The Minister emphasized the importance of partnership with the private sector and its fundamental role in development, as well as its willingness to launch initiatives that will ensure the growth of the sector and its commitment to creating an environment that will allow the sector to flourish. optimal investment for the health sector and make it more attractive, and to raise the Kingdom's standing in the competitiveness of enterprises in the ranks of the most developed countries.
During the meeting, they reviewed the most important obstacles in the sector and development opportunities, as well as the importance of strengthening the existing communication channels with the ministry.
In addition, the ministry has signed a joint cooperation agreement with the e-government program (Yusr).
Under this agreement, the program provides financial and technical advisory services for the department's strategic plans, projects and investments in the area of digital health transformation, supported by the feasibility studies required for the program. Ministry's expansion and investments in the ICT sector, aligning the national e-government strategy with the Ministry of Health's strategy. As part of the program's efforts to support the digital transformation process in the Kingdom by enabling government agencies to deliver integrated electronic services that meet the needs of citizens and match their aspirations.
