The Ministry of the Civil Service will begin on the second day of 1441 AH, in applying the Cognitive Ability Test as a prerequisite for advancing tradeoffs on administrative functions for male and female licensees and masters. 13-16 Muharram 1441H corresponding to 12-15 / 2019/9 for women, while progress is possible for the third period and the special period for men and women from 28/05/1441 to 26/01/1441 corresponding to the 23-26 / 2020/1.

The second and third periods are a continuation of the first period that had been launched previously and in which the Ministry of Public Service sought to apply the test of cognitive abilities to administrative functions, an extension of many cognitive differentiation tests. to apply the principle of justice and equality to all graduating candidates from different educational institutions. .

The Ministry of Civil Service had previously confirmed that those who had already passed the test did not need to retake it. It also invited all university graduates (bachelors, post – graduate diplomas, masters) to educators and educators or not to teachers of both sexes who wished to solicit administrative compromises.
