Ahmed Afifi, spokesman for Pyramids, issued a statement in which he rejected Ahli's new amendments to the Egyptian Premier League table.
The Ahli board of directors, led by Mahmoud Khatib, issued an official statement this morning, the Football Federation, refusing to change the dates of his matches in the Premier League competition, due to the Objection from the clubs.
Afifi said in the statement: "1 – the very concept of the defense of Ahli's (Amer) table is a happy coincidence, which has been overcome by any difficult confrontation in times of downfall."
He added: "Ahli is the most important club in the history of the Egyptian league postponed to the announced games and adjusted for the tables approved at the time of the league, but it seems that the view of Ahli is different.
"Al-Ahli's claim that he refused to take part in any meeting that would be amended could be very angry at those who are still unhappy with that tone and still call for calm if calm is what that they really want to say, "he said.
"What has been requested is to change the competitors to make sure that the rest of the so-called equality of chances does not change the date of the matches, so that the time between games is not affected. So there is no need to fear more stress, for any competitor because, as we all know, who attended.
Al-Sheikh Al-Sheikh, the owner of Pyramids, has threatened to file a complaint with African and international associations if the ranking is not organized in a way that ensures equal opportunities for all clubs.
