Morocco’s first Raja Club football team won the African Confederations Cup after beating Algerian JS Kabylie with two goals to one in the final which brought them together tonight at Al-Sadaqa Stadium.
The Raja First team’s goal was scored in the fifth minute by player Sofiane Rahimi, after it was called off due to an offside, but the referee scored it after returning to video technology.
Raja’s second goal was scored by Congolese Ben Malango in the 13th minute after a superb pass from Sofiane Rahimi from the left, to put him in the net with a powerful strike.
JS Kabylie managed to close the gap with Raja by scoring the first goal through Mohamed Zakaria Boulahia in the first minute of the second half.
