The statement required that the person appearing in the video be promptly arrested, the conditions and circumstances of the incident and the instigators of the broadcast of these videos on the social networking sites and "YouTube", as well as the following: arrest all those who publish these clips, initiate criminal proceedings and bring them to justice.
