Razer has announced the launch of the new Kiyo Pro webcam for gaming enthusiasts, priced at US $ 200.
The American company explained that the new webcam can record videos in 4K or unlock the computer via the Windows Hello function.
The new webcam is based on a 1 / 2.8 inch Sony CMOS sensor, already used in the Starvis surveillance camera series, which means the image sensor is too large for web cameras and operates at a resolution of 1080p. The American company has confirmed that it can take high-quality photos and videos in poor lighting conditions.
The new Kiyo Pro webcam records videos at a speed of 60 frames per second without HDR technology or at 30 frames per hour with efficient HDR technology, and the camera’s field of view can be set to 103, 90 or 80 degrees, but the user needs the Synapse software, to do to define the field of view of the camera.
The new Kiyo Pro webcam supports the computer unlock function through Windows Hello, with the availability of a stereo speaker, various mounting options, a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 lens cover and a privacy cover with a 1.5 meter USB cable.
